Returns - New Products
You have the right to return products purchased and ask for a replacement and the nature of clothing or accessories is such that sometimes may not meet your expectations due to non-physical presence in the store.
Return/ Non-Defective Products
In our believes is that the online store should not be different than a physical store in KURKUTA chain, so the return can be to change the size, the color or for any reason, for example because you are not happy with your product, it is possible refund within 15 working days of receipt.
If the refund is made within 15 working days then the KURKUTA cannot accept any return for replacement or cancel the transaction.
We emphasize that the date delivered the product is indicated by the courier on receipt, to control the time limit prescribed.
In each case the returned products must be in the state received from the client, complete and without damage and with the packaging that normally accompanies the product and is in excellent condition.
In case of resizing, design, color of clothes, accessories due to wrong assessment of the client, our client sends back the goods with ELTA and billing KURKUTA and ship new merchandise by charging customers for delivery:

- Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom: 9 €
- Rest countries: 13 €

- the return take place within 15 working days from receipt
- the product is not being used
- the product is accompanied by all the necessary documents to prove the transaction
Return/ Defective Products
In cases where a demonstrable fault KURKUTA sold defective products and poor quality or error in taking the order, the pricing, the shipping, damaged during shipping, poor packaging, etc. then assume full responsibility for replacement costs of the return (we deposit the equivalent costs in the bank account which would indicate), as well as forwarding expenses. The repayment terms remain the same as those mentioned above.
