2. Late order
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

The product you ordered is not available: There is the rare scenario among the thousands of products displayed in our online store, that the item (s) you placed in your shopping cart got out of stock during the ordering procedure, thus our system did not update availability on time. Returns & Exchanges
Returns - New Products
You have the right to return products purchased and ask for a replacement and the nature of clothing or accessories is such that sometimes may not meet your expectations due to non-physical presence in the store.
Return/ Non-Defective Products
In our believes is that the online store should not be different than a physical store in
